1. Local game data
Cognetra Labs provides Lantern Loom, a single-player card puzzle game. You do not need a game account. Puzzle results, the current attempt, Journey progress, discovered cards and settings are saved in the app’s private storage on your device.
The game does not upload your play history or saved games to a developer server. It has no in-game advertising, developer-operated analytics or developer-operated cloud-save service. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, photo library or microphone.
The game uses local file information, available storage and timing to operate and save safely. These values are not sent to us or used for tracking. Device backups and optional diagnostic sharing offered by Apple are controlled by your Apple and device settings.
2. Apple purchases
The planned App Store release includes 50 free Easy puzzles. One optional, non-consumable purchase unlocks Normal, Hard, Master and Journey. There is no subscription.
Apple processes payments through your Apple Account. Lantern Loom uses Apple’s StoreKit transaction information on the device to verify whether the full unlock is valid, including restoration and revocation. The app does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.
Local purchase-status files support communication within the app; saved gameplay is not proof of purchase. The app verifies entitlement through StoreKit and does not send transaction records to a developer-operated validation server. Buying or restoring a purchase requires a connection to Apple. 3. If you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments, device details or screenshots you choose to send. We use that information to answer your request and investigate the reported issue. The game does not send support messages automatically.
Support email is handled through Gmail, provided by Google. Messages and attachments are processed by that service; see Google’s privacy policy. We do not use support messages for advertising or sell them.
We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request, follow up on the issue and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have provided by contacting the email below. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
4. This website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection information, such as IP addresses, browser request data and security-related logs, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare manages this infrastructure under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not add advertising trackers, website analytics scripts, embedded social feeds or a contact form. Fonts and images are served with the site. The website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies; hosting security features may process technical information necessary to protect requests.
Following a link to Apple, Google or another external service takes you to that service, which has its own privacy practices.
5. Your choices
You can play the free puzzles without buying the full unlock or contacting support. Sound, Music, Haptics, Large text, Reduced motion and Low power are controlled in Settings.
Deleting the app removes its local storage from the device. We cannot retrieve or erase local progress remotely because we do not hold a server copy. Any Apple device backup is managed separately. A purchase record maintained by Apple is also separate from your saved game; restoring a purchase does not restore progress.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information you voluntarily send to us. Contact us to make a request or raise a privacy concern.
6. Changes & contact
We will update this page if the game’s or website’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
